Welcome to Abhijith Electronic Solution. By accessing our official website, completing online inquiry forms, enrolling in our training courses, participating in hands-on workshops, or utilizing our laboratory equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Course Enrolment & Admissions

Registration for courses, short-term bootcamps, and industrial internships is subject to the following criteria:

• Eligibility: Students must satisfy the minimal technical prerequisites specified for each course (e.g. basic circuit concepts, C programming, or fundamentals of digital electronics).
• Accurate Details: Applicants must provide genuine, verifiable personal and educational details during registration. Misrepresentation may lead to cancellation of enrollment.
• Seat Allocation: In-person hardware lab seats and microcontroller development workstations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis subject to timely batch confirmation.

3. Course Fees & Payments

Tuition fees, workshop admission charges, and component kit costs must be paid according to the schedule provided by the administration at the time of admission:

• Payments can be made via authorized banking channels, UPI, or designated on-campus payment receipts.
• Official fee receipts are issued for every payment and must be preserved by students until the completion of their certificate delivery.
• Component kits or development hardware provided as part of course packages remain the student's property once full payment is acknowledged.

4. Cancellations, Batch Transfers & Refund Policy

We strive to provide fair scheduling flexibility while managing technical lab allocations:

• Batch Rescheduling: Students who are unable to attend their assigned batch due to academic examinations or verified emergencies may apply for a batch transfer at no extra cost, subject to seat availability in subsequent batches.
• Refunds Prior to Batch Commencement: Requests submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the batch start date may be eligible for a refund after deduction of administrative processing charges.
• Post-Commencement: Once course sessions have commenced or specialized individual project kits have been dispatched, tuition fees are non-refundable.

5. Attendance, Lab Work & Certification

To receive an official Course Completion Certificate or Industrial Internship Credential:

• Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance across theoretical lectures and practical hardware lab sessions.
• Successful completion of assigned hands-on project prototypes, code exercises, and technical documentation is required.
• Certificates issued by Abhijith Electronic Solution carry verifiable credentials for academic verification and employer background checks.

6. Laboratory Safety & Hardware Conduct

Our lab contains sensitive electronic test instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, soldering stations, embedded programmers). Students are required to observe strict laboratory discipline:

• Follow all safety protocols outlined by lab instructors regarding soldering iron handling, high-voltage precautions, and short-circuit prevention.
• Handle development boards, sensors, and equipment with reasonable care. Willful or negligent damage to shared lab instruments may result in replacement liability.

7. Intellectual Property

All curriculum documents, lecture slide decks, sample code repositories, circuit schematics, and instructional guides authored by Abhijith Electronic Solution remain our exclusive intellectual property. Materials are provided solely for personal educational use and must not be redistributed, sold, or published without prior written authorization.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
